Jamie Vardy hailed the 'carnage' of Leicester as nearly a quarter of a million people came out to celebrate the team's title success.
In scenes never before witnessed in the city, tens of thousands of fans lined the streets to cheer their players, who travelled in an open top bus parade from Jubilee Square to Victoria Park.
The convoy slowed to a stop at one point to fight its way through the throng before each member of the team, backroom staff, owners and Claudio Ranieri was introduced on stage to a jubilant crowd waving a sea of flags. Official figures put the numbers at 240,000.
